Jessie Robert Shupert

Jessie was headed to a snowmobile meeting when he was killed on Farm to Market Road in Flathead County. His cross is at mile post 7.5 on Route 424. The woman who hit him said the snow was blowing and she couldn't see when she passed a car. She pulled out from behind a car to pass and hit Jessie head on.

Vicki writes that her husband was a shy, wonderful person killed in his prime. He was 32 years old and they had been married eight years but had been together for 10 years.

Butch writes that Jessie was at a point in his life where things were just getting good for him; that he loved life and that their family will think of him for the rest of their lives.

Vicki states that the woman was charged with negligence and paid a $100 fine. "I have learned to let go of this accident but I will never forgive or forget."
